HOW TO ORDER RUNNER RUG SAMPLES
- We offer FREE fast shipping for your swatch orders via FedEx Home Delivery. Upon sharing your contact info (Name, address and your e-mail), a link will be sent to you where you can complete your sample purchase easily. Once the purchase is completed, your color sample/samples will be shipped out the following day.
-Each sample is $15 and not returnable or refundable unless you place an order over $199, the sample fee will be credited towards your purchase.
-Samples can be used for color references since every color in the rug will be represented in the size of sample provided. However, the exact tones or shades in your runner rug may vary slightly based on dye lot.

- Our samples are 25’’ wide x12’’ long or 27’’ wide x12’’ long, which are the narrowest widths we carry in our collections. Even if you plan on purchasing 31’’ or 39’’ wide runner rugs, the samples will be cut from 25’’ or 27’’ wide runners.
-To test the latex rubber backing, place the sample in the space you will place your runner rug and use the palm of your hand to apply pressure and try to move the rug along the floor. A larger runner rug will have much more weight than a sample and naturally move less, but the sample will offer a good idea of the overall slip-resistance. Our runner rugs are designed for bare floors and will not stay put on carpeted floors.
