Can I cancel the order?

Due to the nature of our listings, offered on a multitude of sizes and colours, we don't allow cancellation after an order has been made. But please do get in touch for any questions, problems, requests you might have. Returns are welcome, please see shop policy

Do you have a showroom?

We don't currently have a showroom as we mainly work on a bespoke service. However, we welcome anyone to come see us at our workshop in Manchester, UK. You can meet us, see what pieces are we working on, and discuss any requirements or questions you have over a cup of coffee.

Do I need to assemble my order once I receive it?

Simple, NO. We proud ourselves on this, and each and every piece we ship its already assembled. So all you have to do it unwrap it and enjoy it.

Very well made items. My son loves the industrial look and I am very pleased with the excellent quality. It really is a very well made and solid piece of furniture. Arrived well packaged and undamaged. Great communication throughout from Gio. Would recommend. The handles were provided but were not fitted to the drawers - I was expecting them to be attached, but I maybe I misread the description. However this wasn't a problem as the holes were pre-drilled so they were simple to screw on - it probably took me longer to find the screwdriver than to fit the handles!!
