Can I order a different quantity or size?

Most of the items in my shop can be ordered in multiple quantities, which you select from a dropdown menu. If you aren't able to order the exact quantity you need, please contact me to have a custom order created.

Do you offer custom printing?

If you need a logo printed on something, or you need special graphics created, please contact me before placing an order so I can discuss the details with you. NOTE: Printing in white or light opaque colors is not an option. That type of printing requires a specialized printer (it cannot be done on a standard laser or inkjet printer) and specialized inks. You can Google "printing in white" and see more information.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me with any special requests (for example, items in a certain size or special quantity). In order to provide you with an accurate quote, I need to have the following information: - What size are you looking for? - What material? - Any special treatment? (holes punched, rounded or square corners) - How many? - Where are you? (in order to quote shipping) Note that custom orders must be purchased before I begin work on them. Custom listings will be left active for a maximum of three days, so please be ready to purchase when you request a listing. Quotes are valid for 14 days. After that, prices are subject to change.

Do you combine shipping costs or refund overpayments?

Most of my products are set up to calculate shipping cost automatically, based on weight and size of the package. In some instances, Etsy's calculated shipping functionality doesn't work as well as it should, and you may pay more than necessary. In those instances, I refund shipping overpayments, at the time I print your shipping label.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes! You can select to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping in your cart when you check out. Please note that selecting one of these shipping methods does NOT alter the processing time; it simply affects the method of shipping. If you need your order shipped more quickly than the processing time indicates, please contact me before you place your order, and I'll see if I can accommodate your schedule. Note that same-day or next-day shipping may result in additional charges, as I may have to take the time to drive your package to the post office. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, processed in the order received.

A shipping notification with tracking info is sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy when your package is shipped. I ship to the Etsy address on your receipt. If you used an incorrect address, I'm not able to change it after the order has been placed. If this is the case, I'll ask that you reorder the same items and provide the correct mailing address so your package reaches you; the first order can be cancelled. If your package is returned to me by the postal service (due to incorrect address, or because it wasn't retrieved from the post office), I will contact you. You may opt to pay the shipping cost to have it resent; or, if the item is not a custom order, I will refund the product cost less a restocking fee.

Shipping to Some Countries

I don’t ship to all countries. Because Etsy makes it very cumbersome to omit certain countries from a shipping profile, I will cancel orders from some countries due to issues I’ve encountered with packages not reaching customers or rules/regulations put in place that are difficult to maintain. Currently I don’t ship to the following countries: - Germany (effective July 1, 2022) - Mexico (effective 1/1/2019) If I receive an order from one of these countries, I’ll cancel and refund. ☹️

GRAB BAGS are here!

Strathmore 300 Series Cold Press Watercolor and/or Canson Cold Press Watercolor pieces, leftovers from other projects. This stock is 140#/300gsm and is a creamy offwhite color with a lightly textured surface.

I’m offering three types of grab bags:

- BIGGER BITS, which will have pieces that range in size from 5”x5” to 3”x3”. These bags will weigh approximately 4 ounces and contain anywhere from 25-35 pieces.

- LITTLE BITS, which will have pieces that range in size from 2.5”x2.5” to 1”x1.5”. These bags will weigh approximately 3 ounces and contain anywhere from 90-120 pieces

- ONE INCH STRIPS, which will have 1” strips (approximate width) ranging in length from 1.5” up to 6”. These bags will weigh approximately 3 ounces and contain anywhere from 100-130 pieces.

Some pieces will be rectangular, some will be square. All will be blank on both sides, ready for you to paint or embellish.

Use them to make art for your friends and relatives, make tags for your products and gifts, or make bits of art for your journaling or scrapbooking projects. Although they’re designed for watercolor, you can also draw on these with pens or colored pencils.
