MATERIAL OPTIONS – WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

You can choose from five different paper / vinyl types. Here is a simple guide to help you pick the right one:

Standard Matte Paper
• Look: soft, non-glossy finish
• Feel: smooth, paper-like touch
• Best for: thank you cards, envelopes, paper mailers, low-cost packaging
• Not recommended for: water bottles or heavy moisture
→ If you want an affordable option for paper packaging only, this is a good choice.

Standard Glossy Paper
• Look: shiny finish, brighter colors than matte paper
• Feel: smooth and reflective
• Best for: paper packaging, thank you cards, inserts
• Not recommended for: water bottles, outdoor or high humidity
→ Choose this if you like a glossy, photo-like look on paper items.

Vinyl Matte
• Look: matte finish with a more premium feel than standard paper
• Feel: slightly thicker and more durable
• Best for: smoother surfaces, product packaging, light moisture
• Water resistance: better than paper, but not fully waterproof
→ A good middle option when you want something stronger than paper, but still with a soft, non-glossy finish.

Vinyl Glossy
• Look: glossy, vibrant and eye-catching
• Feel: durable vinyl, slightly thicker than paper
• Best for: bottles, jars, smooth plastic or metal surfaces, branding labels
• Water resistance: more resistant to moisture and wiping than standard paper
→ Great if you want your QR stickers to pop with bright colors and a shiny finish.

Vinyl Waterproof
• Look: professional vinyl finish (semi-gloss)
• Feel: strong, durable and flexible
• Best for: water bottles, jars, tumblers, equipment, light outdoor use*
• Water resistance: designed to be waterproof and more resistant to splashes and gentle washing
→ This is the best choice if you need your stickers to last longer and handle moisture.

*Please note: dishwasher and extreme outdoor conditions cannot be fully guaranteed. Hand wash and gentle use are recommended for longest life.

👉 Application tip: For the most reliable scanning, apply your QR stickers to smooth, flat surfaces (boxes, mailers, cards, flat panels). Very curved or rounded items such as cups, tumblers or heavily curved bottles can distort the QR code and may make scanning less consistent.

Option 1 – Upload Your Ready QR Code Image

If you already have a QR code and only need it printed, please upload your QR code image through the custom option on this listing.

Please send a clear, high-resolution QR code image in PNG or JPG format. I will print your QR code on the size and material you choose.

Option 2 – QR Code Creation from Your Link

If you do not have a QR code yet, I can create one for you from your link. Please send me the exact link you want the QR code to open, such as your Instagram page, website, Etsy shop, Linktree, Facebook, TikTok, or business page.

Please note: QR code creation is an add-on service and will require an additional fee. I will confirm the extra cost with you before starting.

Option 3 – Custom Layout or Design Help

If you would like me to combine your QR code with your logo, brand name, image, or a custom layout, an additional design fee may apply.

Examples include:
• QR code with your business name
• QR code with logo or image
• Custom “Scan to Shop” sticker layout
• Larger sticker size for easier scanning
• Special color, border, or layout request

I will always confirm the extra cost with you before starting the design.

Select your MATERIAL option (Standard Matte, Standard Glossy, Vinyl Matte, Vinyl Glossy, or Vinyl Waterproof).

Choose your quantity and complete your purchase.

If you already have a ready-to-print QR code:
• Please upload your QR code image directly through the custom option on this listing.
• PNG or JPG files are accepted.
• I cannot start printing until I receive your QR code image.

If you need me to create the QR code:
• Please message me with the exact link you want the QR code to open.
• QR code creation requires an additional fee.
• I will confirm the cost with you before starting.

If you need custom layout/design help:
• Please message me with your idea before or after ordering.
• I will confirm whether an additional design fee or custom order is needed.

I cannot start printing until I receive your QR code image or the confirmed link/design details.

IMPORTANT ABOUT YOUR QR IMAGE

• Please send a clear, high-resolution QR code image if you already have one.
• The QR code should already be linked to the page you want to open.
• A dark QR code on a light background works best for scanning.
• Please make sure the QR code has enough blank space around it.
• Very small QR codes may be harder to scan, especially if the link is long or the design is detailed.
• I recommend applying QR stickers to smooth, flat surfaces for the best scanning result.
• If you are unsure about the quality, you can send me the image before ordering and I will let you know if it looks suitable for printing.

If I create the QR code for you, I will test the QR code before printing. However, please make sure the link you provide is correct and active.
