Just open Etsy in Your Web browser (I recommend using Chrome browser) log in to Your Etsy account, then right under Your Etsy avatar icon You have option to select '' Purchases Section''.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it. For Windows, double-click the zipped file to see its content. When promted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All.

DON'T SEE SVG FILE?
SVG file is displayed as HTML Document file.

You can do it by opening Zip folder and click ''Extract or Extract All''. And Then You should have 5 different file format types to uplaod from the folder. SVG file looks like your web browser you are using on your device. Let me know. SVG file also be displayed as HTML Document file.
