How sweet are these little brass pill boxes?! These compact 1¼ inch brass boxes are the perfect, little pocket-sized gift! You can hide a little note, poem, or photo inside of it — or maybe a small piece of jewelry or some other token of love or remembrance (provided it's little enough to fit!) Choose your 3D lid decor from a wide selection of insects and other animals as well as celestial bodies...or even a human skull!

Add a custom engraving for an even more personalized gift! The engraving can be as simple as someone's initials but can include up to 30 characters (no emojis, please), or your business' logo, or most other simple line art that you wish to provide. If you are providing the artwork, please contact me first to make sure your art is compatible with the engraving process!

Engravings will be placed on the underside of the lid (or the bottom of the box by request). Make sure to advise 1) what you wish to have engraved, 2) which font you would like, as well as 3) the placement of the engraving in the "add your personalization" box when placing your order.

This box is fully made in the USA and features a working hinge and working clasp that releases when the button is pushed. It's such a cool, little item if you're looking for something unique! Box will be polished and antiqued and double coated with an eco-friendly sealant to preserve its finish, so no polishing will be required. Box is constructed from 100% raw brass and is uncoated on the interior, making it safe for temporary storage of supplements or meds, but please note this box is not air-tight or water-tight, so use your best judgement.

Please note that these are made-to-order. Please allow up to two weeks for completion before shipping if no engraving is requested. For engraved boxes, please allow up to three weeks for completion.

Can I make this box in a different size? Unfortunately, I can't customize the size of these boxes. The sizes and shapes in my shop are the only sizes I have available, as these boxes are made with antique equipment designed to only produce boxes in these specific sizes. Visit the "Pillboxes Trinket Boxes" section for all of the options, shapes, and box sizes I have available.

A cool little pill box! I love the customization options, and it’s perfect for storing a single day’s worth of meds or vitamins/supplements. Be mindful of the size you’re ordering. The 1.25” x 1.25” is perfect for my needs, but others may want to size up. I’d definitely recommend this to others!
