These lovely beads are made with frosted glass beads for the weeks separated by sparkling Swarovski crystals. AB crystal makes up the cruciforms and Our Father beads. The cross and findings are stainless steel and pewter which have the beauty of sterling but will not tarnish. These are perfect beads for winter devotions.

Praying with beads is a devotional practice that has a long history. Today the most common prayer beads for Christians are the Catholic Marian Rosary but there are also beads for Protestants and the Orthodox Churches. It can be very calming to repeat a given set of prayers and just holding the beads can help keep your mind focused. When you don’t know what words to use, repeat any simple heartfelt phrase and remember God is near and His love is forever.
