-----------------------------------------------

- This listing includes personal and commercial licensing for physical products only. Reselling or distributing my graphics (in part or whole) in any digital form IS NOT ALLOWED.

- Your physical products can contain my graphics in either their original or modified state by resizing, recoloring or adding to other graphics or text.

- Purchasing this listing DOES NOT include the right to post the design ‘AS IS’ on 3rd-party online marketplaces that apply a design to their entire product catalog and pay you a commission/royalty. This applies to sites like (but not limited to) Amazon Merch, Zazzle, RedBubble, Teespring, Spreadshirt, Society 6 and similar sites. The products you make with my graphics must be branded, managed and sold by YOU. For example, creating a t-shirt listing with my design to sell in your Etsy shop and then using a print on demand company to fulfill the order for you is considered an acceptable use.

- I make every effort to check for trademarked words & phrases, but the database changes daily, so it is the buyer’s responsibly to check trademark status prior to selling items with these graphics. Jensey Design will NOT be responsible for any trademark infringement on your final product.
