What happens if my shipping address is wrong?

We typically give about 3 hours for customers to contact us about a change to their order. After that time period any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before your order goes into production (during the 3 hour window after you checkout).

What can I do if my order was damaged during shipping?

If there's any issue with your order before leaving a review please allow us to make things right. Contact us through Etsy messaging along with your order number, your name, and a photo of the item and the outside of the package. All products that are damaged will be replaced as long as the following criteria are met. Contact us first so we have an opportunity to help resolve the issue. If you wish to use Etsy's Purchase Protection program that is also an option seen here (https://www.etsy.com/etsy-purchase-protection).

My package was lost or stolen in transit.

If your package is lost or stolen, I always recommend reaching out to your local post office. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, I will do my best to work with you.

Can you make a product a specific size?

Due to our method of printing and the time involved in creating our print files, we are unable to offer custom size products.

Do you offer gift wrapping options?

Currently, we do not offer these options.
