My muffs were shipped quick but never arrived (no fault to seller, usps issue ) seller was quick to respond to issue and kind. He sent my product in prompt timing and had great communication. My beaver ear muffs arrived quickly and well packaged. The product itself is beautiful and sturdy- very warm! I am very pleased with my purchase and will be a returning customer.
