I ordered this bag for my little pups ashes, however, it’s very thin and cheaply made (just my opinion). The name on the bag came out nice and looked nice, but it’s just too stiff and thin to use.

Hi Stephanie, We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your puppy and that our bag fell short of meeting your expectations for holding the ashes of your puppy. I wish we would have known it was going to be used for ashes, I would have recommended a bag of a different material, or to add an inner liner or ziplock inside to protect the ashes as these are gift bags for lightweight solid items.
