Do I accept cancellations/refunds on pre-made items?

No, I do not unless: 1. finished items have not been shipped or shipping has not been printed, 2. no items to make a custom item have been ordered, and 3. there is a genuine reason for requesting a cancellation. Any cancellation will have a 10% inconvenience fee . If items for a custom have been bought, that amount will be subtracted from the amount refunded on top of the 10% fee.

Yes, I have one dog. He is kept away from the fur and finished items however, fur travels beyond my control. I do wash everything before I finish. Please consider your allergens if you order.

Do I accept exchanges?

Very strictly only for enamel pins. This is also limited to potential damages that I did not see or were potentially incurred by postal services. For these you MUST return the original one (must provide tracking) and I will send out another one in its place. Most pins will not be re-ordered so this will be based on existing stock. Details can be discussed via DMs.

No, not unless the item is damaged or an issue arose in a way that was my fault and not the fault of the postal service. This could include: a seam popping, stuffing falling out, or damage on a pin. This does not include nor is limited to an incorrect sizing or wrong colors even after approval of colors for a custom order. There must be a genuine reason for a return and can be discussed in the DMs on a case by case basis.
