The quality is good, but the silk is surprisingly scratchy. It is called Tussar silk and maybe that is normal for that type of silk. I should have investigated more so it is my fault. it is well made and the colors and design are exceptionally lovely.

The item is different from what I purchased. The base color of the saree in the picture is white, what I got was beige. Plus the quality of the saree is far from what good muslin sarees are. It feels more like cotton than silk. Also the advertised shipping time is misleading. I got my saree after 2 months. The seller shared the pic of the saree before shipping and when I raised concern that the base color was not white, they insisted that it was a lighting problem and the base color was actually white.
