Сancellation
If you want cancel the order (the case when your order is not completed, not cut out), the amount is returned, but without PayPal commission (this is about 0.8-1.5 dollars)
If you want cancel the order BUT your order is completed, cut out, but not sent - 50% of the amount is returned
If your order is sent, no refund is possible.

Please note that shades of wood can slightly change the tone. It depends on the calibration of your monitor, the device from which you are viewing this product.
Also, the color of the engraving may vary slightly depending on the wood. Since it may have slight changes in the color tone.

All Custom Personalized Sales are Final. We aren't able to issue refunds or accept returns on items that have been personalized for you.
