This pencil case is beautifully made, excellent quality, and the perfect size. It is used every day. And Sheila is a gem. There was a postal service delivery issue, and Sheila was willing to resolve it without hesitation even though it was not her issue. It was not needed after all, but I definitely appreciated her willingness to help. I will shop here again, for sure. Thank you so much!
