We love bringing your ideas to life! If you have a custom request, just click the custom order button in the shop, share what you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you ASAP. While turnaround time can vary, we aim to get a draft to you within 5 working days. Just a heads-up: during our busy times, we may have to turn down some custom requests or put them on a waitlist.

Do you offer digital downloads?

We’ve hit pause on digital downloads for now while we rebrand. Don’t worry; we’re on it and hope to have those available again soon!

Will I get a shipping tracking number?

If you choose a tracked shipping option at checkout, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note, International Standard shipping doesn’t come with tracking so if you would like updates please upgrade to International Tracked. All US orders are now shipped tracked with duty paid.

What insert sizes do you offer and what size do I need for my planner?

We mainly offer A5 and personal size 6-ring inserts here on Etsy. For more details, be sure to check the listing images, where you’ll find a handy diagram showing the dimensions! Don't hesitate to reach out if you want to double check sizing.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We aim to print, cut, punch, and package all orders for shipment within 1-3 working days. For the latest on processing times, take a peek at individual listings or our shop announcement. If something comes up and there’s a delay in dispatch, we’ll let you know right away, either at the time of purchase or through Etsy messages.

Are your products handmade?

All of our inserts, dashboards, and stickers are lovingly crafted in our studio, from design to packing. While our journaling cards and desk pads are designed and packaged in our studio, we team up with a UK-based print shop to ensure you receive the best quality possible.

• Sheets are punched with the standard 6-holes suitable for A5 Filofax and similar 6 ring binders.
• Please leave a note if you would like your inserts unpunched.
• If you would like your A5 inserts disc punched (8 disc) please leave a note.

• 120 GSM (32lb) luxury brilliant white ultra-smooth paper.
• Paper is made from sustainable resources and is FSC and EU Ecolabel certified.
• This heavy weight paper is ideal for double-sided printing and helps avoid bleed-through and ghosting.
• Laser ink is used for all printing which means no smearing when using highlighters!
