Highlights
This closed and comfortable helmet was made specifically for full-contact fights. It provides good protection, easy breathing. Convex slots protect your eyes from shock.
The collections of the 14th and 15th centuries provide us with many examples of miniatures and finds of this type. Including a German bascinet based on which the visor of this helmet was made.

The helmet visor can be opened by a fighter.
Each took two fasteners: a leather strap that matches historical accuracy and a hidden button that completely prevents the helmet from being accidentally opened in battle, even when the skin is cut.
The helmet, chain aventail, and soft cap comforter are included in the package. Inside the helmet are two leather straps for attaching to the neck and chin.
This bascinet perfectly complements the knight's kit for the late Middle Ages. It complies with all Buhurt International and IMCF regulations. We can make you a helmet with a thickness of 2 mm, 2.5 mm, or 3 mm.
It can be hardened and non-hardened.
Term of production: needs clarification at the time of ordering.
For full contact with HMB and IMCF, we recommend a 2.5 mm non-hardened dome. Since it is precisely this option that holds well even the strongest blows, and during critical damage, he kneads and does not crack. What makes it safer and more durable.
2 mm helmets (hardened and non-hardened) are suitable for historical reenactment and 1 vs 1 fights, pro-fights, etc.
3 mm is an individual order for HMB and IMCF tanks. Such a helmet will be much heavier, and therefore it is rarely used for a special need.

Got the item in the timeframe they said I would. It is an extremely well made work. It fits well and the quality shows. I had ordered another helmet from a different seller prior to this one. The cost is reasonable and while there are other sellers that offer similar helmets at a lower price, but they do not include the quality liner like this purchase included. I am very impressed by this work and would definitely order from them again.
The helmet fits great, looks good, and I have to assume it functions well, but I haven't been able to truly test it yet. I can say it will hold up to some decent strikes with a 2x4 though, and I barely felt a thing in the important areas, being the side, back, and face areas. Overall very happy with my purchase.
