Ordered told they would be shipped separately only to receive a message that what I ordered was not available nor was I offered a refund for the inconvenience the was hes error

This review is factually incorrect. I did not at any time say that the item was unavailable but that was delayed due to reasons out of my control. The mug was sent and a partial refund was also sent. Etsy are aware of this review.
