Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping is expensive because we send all orders Priority Mail and we charge the rate that USPS charges us to send your order. Priority Mail means you will receive your order in 1-4 business days after it's shipped. With the nature of our product being consumable, the candy needs to arrive to you as fast as possible so you will receive it as fresh as possible and you will be able to enjoy it for longer. Priority Mail is also best to ship during the Holidays so packages won't get stuck anywhere. If you would like free shipping, you can purchase $35 or more worth of product and you will automatically be given free shipping!

During colder weather, your candy might arrive to you a little harder than usual because of the changing climates it travels through while in transit. Make sure somebody is home to retrieve your order on it's deliver date so it won't stay out in the cold for too long. The warmer temperature inside should help the candy return back to it's normal state. During warmer and hotter weather it is best to keep the candy in a cool dry place. If you receive your candy and it is a little warm or melted, place it in your refrigerator for 5-10 minutes and it should help. Make sure somebody is home to retrieve your order on delivery date so it won't stay out in the heat for too long.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

We do accept cancellations on orders as long as it has not been marked as shipped. Once the order is marked as shipped we will not cancel the order anymore. We do not issue refunds for wrong addresses or anything that is out of our control. However, if you have a problem with your order please reach out to us through Etsy Messages and we will be more than happy to assist you and find a resolution for your problem! We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. If a customer receives a damaged item it is up to the discretion of the customer if they want to consume the product or not. If the product is not consumable you may throw it away and reach out to us through Etsy Messages so we can find the best resolution for you!

My order says it's Delivered but it is nowhere to be found

Please double check the address that you provided for us to ship the order to. If the wrong address was provided please let us know and we will find a resolution for you. Check with your neighbors or front office to see if the order didn't arrive with them instead. If all the above is done, please reach out to your local USPS office for more details on the delivery destination. However, this is a common occurrence with USPS. They will sometimes mark things as delivered even if they have not been. We always advise customers to wait 3-5 business days because it usually turns up. If it does not turn up after the allotted time please reach out to us through Etsy Messages and we will work together to come up with the best resolution.
