We endeavour to make all orders on the day/day after they've been purchased, then send next day. Please allow 24 hours after your order is placed before despatch.

International orders will take at least 2 weeks to deliver. We are not liable for any customs/import fees.

We cannot refund orders sent to misspelt/incomplete addresses, so please be careful when ordering.

If you are purchasing a mug involving some customisation (the inclusion of specific names, dates etc), then please provide this information CLEARLY when ordering.

If you'd like custom fonts or colours, specify this.
If you do not, the text will be black and we will use a generic font.

We do provide a free mockup service, but this is by request only.
If you'd like a mockup of your customisation to check before printing, you must include a request for this in your order note or it will be printed and sent based on the information you provide.
Bear in mind that mockups will delay despatch of your order.

Please be as clear as possible in your customisation note, as what is written in the note is what will be printed on the mug.

We accept returns of NON-CUSTOM mugs.

If you have ordered one of our designs, as long as the mug is returned to us in perfect condition then we will gladly accept the return.

We cannot accept returns of custom orders involving specific names or dates or logos or personal photographs. Please see the information regarding customisation above to ensure that your customised mug is exactly as you will want it to be before despatch.

If you do not request a mockup or there are mistakes in your order note when you request customisation, we cannot take responsibility for this. It's down to you to make sure your design and customisation request is as accurate as possible, as what is written in the order note is what will be printed onto the mug.

We use the best smash-proof boxes on the market and wrap your mugs in a cosy bed of bubble wrap when shipping.

However, in the rare case that your mug arrives damaged or in sub-par condition, please message us on here to resolve the situation.

If there is a delay in delivery, please refer to the tracking number provided in your despatch notification to see where your order is. If your order has been lost by the courier, we will of course issue you with a refund once the courier confirms the loss.

In any case, please get in touch with us directly before leaving a negative review and we will do everything we can to make it right.

We use AAA quality, ceramic, Orca coated 11oz mugs. They are printed using a process called sublimation.

Sublimation works through the gas-transfer of ink between two substrates.

We take your design, mirror-image-flip-it, print it using a special printer onto specialist sublimation paper and wrap it around a blank mug.

The mug in its paper wrap is then heated.

The intense heat causes the ink to turn into a gas, and that gas attaches itself to the mug in a direct mirror image of the print on the paper wrap.

We then remove the wrap, cool the mug and we are left with your mug, ready to ship.

Of course you can! We offer a free design mockup service for all custom orders. This includes fully custom mugs and personalised designs.

We encourage our customers to make use of this service when ordering custom designs.

If you would like a mockup, please add the word 'MOCKUP' to the order note field when placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be despatched based solely on the customisation information you provided in your order note. What is written is what will be printed.

If you've made a mistake in your order note, message us IMMEDIATELY with the correction and we will ensure that your order is printed correctly.

PLEASE NOTE: While we encourage customers to request a mockup, this will delay despatch time by 24 hours.

Yes! All our designs are printed on both sides of the mug.

To customers in the US:

Your order will be shipped via Evri. You will be provided with tracking.

Once Evri have it in hand, you will receive an email from them regarding payment of any import duties/taxes/tariffs which you must then pay in order to receive your order.

Per our customs policy, we are NOT liable for any additional customs costs imposed at the US end.

Please ensure your correct email address is inputted when ordering and please keep an eye out for communication from Evri. If you do not receive a payment request, let us know.

If any duties go unpaid, the order will be returned to us by Evri. As long as the order arrives back safely, we can refund the cost of the item but NOT the shipping fee.
