We highly recommend keeping the decorations in dry conditions with ambient heat, do not store in direct sunlight, near heaters or in a damp environment. Unless stated otherwise, please keep the decorations indoors at room temperature. For wreaths and bouquets based on unpreserved natural elements like pinecones, pine, fir and moss we suggest keeping them outdoors to keep them looking fresh, same shape, size & colour as long as possible.

All our decorations are crafted by hand and made to order. Due to the use of natural ingredients which makes at least 95% of our produce, each ingredient has its own individual shape and might change in colour and form with time. The availability of certain materials from nature is limited according to the season in which case some elements might be replaced by similar-looking material or alternative version. Please note that each product is a custom order and 100% hand-made, which makes it unique, one only and might have a slight difference in detail. We try our best to keep the consistency and quality of each item to its best.

​We incline to dispatch all orders that are already in stock on the same day if ordered before 1 PM (GMT). All customised orders take up to 5 days to produce and dispatch. Most Lithuanian deliveries tend to arrive within 2-5 business days, Europe 3-7 business days, the rest of the world might take up to 21 working days, delivery times vary and will be confirmed once the parcel is dispatched.

Most decorations are custom made orders and as such are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Although, if you wish to return our product, we will happily accept it - but we cannot provide free returns at this stage. We try our best to pack and protect our products, but we cannot control the way the package is handled once it has been dispatched. If your parcel arrives in any part damaged or you wish to return, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
