Deposits will be required for custom orders. If a piece is to be personalized, the deposit will be 100% of the item price, otherwise the deposit is 50% of the completed item price. Refunds will not be offered for personalized items that have been completed.
Deposits on non-personalized items will only be refunded before work has begun, or if items sell elsewhere within 60 days.

I will begin working on custom orders after payment of the deposit.
Completion will take approximately 8 to 10 weeks, depending on studio firing schedules.
When the pieces are finished, I will send photos and item details, then I will create an Etsy listing for the balance of the item cost plus shipping fees.

At this time, I do not make wholesale items or do consignment.
