Guest Addressing, Add to your Save the Date, Wedding Invitation or Party Invitation Order

Add Guest Addressing to any of your envelopes! Available for any of our listings that include envelopes - Save the Dates, Party Invitations, Shower Invitations, Thank You Cards, etc. Please note this option is NOT available for postcards.

The guest addressing will match the design - colors and fonts - of the main listing your purchase. You will receive a proof of a few guest addresses to approve before printing.

The envelopes will be printed on the front side only with the guest address and your return address in the top left hand corner. Guest addresses must be provided as a .CSV file with the following column headings:

- Name
- Street Address (if apt number, include in this cell)
- City, State Zip Code (formatted like this all in one cell)
- Country (if any outside of the USA)

Please do not press enter in any cell or use special characters.

P R O C E S S
1. Purchase this listing for the quantity and envelope paper desired. It is best to purchase this listing with your main order listing so that I have all of your order information in one place.

2. Email your file to malloryhope {at} gmail.com after listing purchase. Guest addresses must be provided as a .CSV file emailed to malloryhope [!at] gmail.com

3. Proofs will be sent within 2 business days to the email address provided. I DO NOT SEND PROOFS VIA ETSY MESSAGE. You have two free rounds of edits to the proofs; any further rounds of edits will be $15 each.

4. Once I receive EMAIL confirmation that your proofs are approved, we'll start printing!


T I M E F R A M E
- Proofs are sent within 2 business days
- Once proofs are approved, printing takes 4 - 6 days
- Shipping takes 2 - 5 days within the USA, about 6 - 14 days for international shipments (depends on the distance and Customs of destination country).

SHIPPING NOTE: I ship to the address listed in your Etsy account, please make sure this is up to date and correct when you purchase a listing.
