We use premium natural materials, selected based on the specific product: • Leather (Crazy Horse or Italian full-grain cowhide) • Wood • Metal hardware • Acrylic • Optional plastic components Genuine leather and wood naturally have different finishes, shades, and marks. These characteristics reflect authenticity and are not considered defects.

What personalization options are available?

We offer three personalization methods: laser engraving, debossing, and UV printing. These options are available for both leather and wood products, depending on the material and design requirements. We can also customize size, color, design, and configuration. Contact us with your requirements, and we will provide a tailored quote.

Will I receive a design for approval before production?

Yes. Please send your logo file (.eps, .ai, .psd, .pdf, or high-resolution .jpg/.png) right after placing your order and share any placement preferences. We’ll send a sketch for approval before production. To make the process faster, please include: - Link to the item(s) - Menu paper size - Quantity needed - Logo file

How long does production and shipping take?

• Production time: Standard orders: 5–8 business days Personalized or wholesale orders: 7–14 business days • Estimated shipping time: 7–14 business days after dispatch Tracking is provided for every order. Express shipping may be available upon request. • All orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties are included in the checkout price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. Orders ship to the address provided on Etsy. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

► How do I clean leather products? Clean soiled leather with a soft, damp cloth and neutral soap (no chemicals) in lukewarm water. Wipe the entire surface and promptly remove excess liquid with a clean cloth or sponge. !!! Avoid aggressive cleaners: please do not use products containing alcohol or phenoxyethanol, as these are often present in restaurant disinfectants and can damage the leather surface. ► How do I dry leather? Do not use a hairdryer or any heat source. Allow leather to air dry naturally and keep it out of direct sunlight. ► How do I maintain leather over time? Periodically condition leather with a cream or dressing (we recommend Fiebing’s Aussie Leather Conditioner). Test on a small area first.
