Custom and personalized orders

Because all of our items are made to order (they are not stocked, each item is produced after being ordered and can not be resold) we can only accept returns for defect or misprinted products. Sizing info is listed with each product and you are expected to review the photos and info to ensure you order the proper size. For "Personalized" orders we have the same policy that we will only accept returns or exchanges due to defects or misprints. We will require photo evidence of the product as proof of the condition it arrived. If the product must be returned it will be the buyers responsibility to cover shipping fees. Contact us before returning the item to ensure you are returning it to the proper address or risk forfeiting your refund.

Problems with shipping?

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer (contact us within 24 hours of order to change your shipping information). Once your package is in the hands of UPS, USPS, DHL, etc it is no longer our responsibility and when tracking information shows it was delivered the issue will then be with the delivery service and if necessary for stolen items the customer may be required to open a police report for stolen property and work with the delivery service that shipped the item to fix the issue. Contact us and we will help you in every way we are able to so we can help you rectify the situation.

Processing Times and Ship By Date

Expected delivery dates vary per item depending on country it's manufactured and the destination. Some products are only manufactured in europe, some in china. Most are in USA. We have many products fulfilled in multiple countries for faster processing/shipping times. Ship by date is not deliver by date. Most of our orders take 5 business days for the whole process, ie; ordered monday and delivered friday but it is common for items to take up to two weeks. If an item is fulfilled in a seperate country than the destination you may expect up to an extra week. Orders placed close to weekends may take longer as manufacturing and shipping only happens on business days (not on weekends). Contact us before purchase with any questions.
