Custom orders and personalized orders require a 50% payment before I start the work as I will need to order your supplies that fit your wedding theme.

I am happy to handcraft items for your very special day! Please send me a convo and we can talk about your needs for your Bridal party.

If you need specific sizes you need, just send my an Etsy Convo and I will make to your specifications.

I will create a Custom Order for you and tell you how long it will take me to create your item.

I will let you know all specific care instructions for your items.

I will send your order in a box for your Hair Wreaths, tissue paper and plastic bags to store you hair crown for safe-keeping.

All items will come to you carefully packaged so they are not damaged in transit.

Items will come in a box and a ribbon. If you need gift wrapping, just send me a Convo and I am able to gift wrap your gift.

Hair Products and Earrings are not returnable if worn due to hygienic reasons.

Please be aware that to return hair products you must not have worn it for hygienic purposes. If you need to return any hair products, they must not be opened from the plastic bag or worn, and please contact me the same day you receive the product. You can receive a refund once the item is received back with all tags attached. Tags MUST be present, in an unaltered manner for a refund. **This is also to assure you that I will not sell you a hair product that has been worn by another human.** I use wigs for my product shots or if I use a person I will use a prototype.

No returns on Custom Items. Please Contact me if you have questions.

Shipping will occur from my studio within 3-5 days (most times sooner) of your payment being processed Monday- Friday. There will be no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or on Mondays that are USA Holidays as the USPS is closed. It can take up to 10 days to receive your purchase from United States Postal Service.

​Please order as soon as you know dates you need the item for your Bridal Shower, Wedding or Social Event or Party so there is plenty of time to get your order sent to you.

I ship Monday-Friday. If you purchase on a Friday, I will ship out on the following Monday.
