How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. It takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare and carefully package your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your label is created.

How long will shipping take?

Will my plant look exactly like the photo?

We do our best to ensure our plants appear as closely to their picture, seen on our website. But please keep in mind that our plants are unique, and they range in color, size, blooms and shape- so your plant might not look exactly the same, but it will be happy and healthy!

What if my plants arrived damaged?

If your plant or arrangement comes to you damaged we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 72 hours as we cannot control how the plant was cared for after it was shipped & delivered healthy. Please email us at info@lazy-gardens.com and include the following so that we may quickly exchange your item or provide you with a refund for store credit: Your order number A photo and description of the damaged plant(s) A photo of the shipping box

Our plant sizes are based on the size of the pots they are grown in. That said, you may notice that some plants may be slightly smaller or larger than the one featured in the photo. Due to the beauty and unpredictability of nature, we can’t guarantee it will be the same size as the featured photo.
