Fabulous rendition of this home. This is the 3rd product I have ordered and all of them have exceeded my expectations. 2 pen and ink drawings and now this watercolor. Fran is wonderful, helpful, talented. Can't go wrong choosing this business!

Fran's style is not only ideal, but in my opinion captures perfectly what a house portrait aught to be and offers the right mix of accuracy, sketchy/watercolor ambiguity, and stylized and idealized vision. The final work is very much your home, with just a touch of whimsy. She is able to embellish to remove an annoying element without seeming so. Having waited several years to finish the house enough for the painting, it was worth the wait to commission her. Her work could fill the pages of architectural digest and seem perfectly suited to the quality of the magazine's artwork.
