Kaitabha Handlooms is an organization that always places emphasis on safety first. As soon as we receive a shipment of cloth, it is immediately washed, dried, and ironed prior to cutting and sewing.

All our shipments are on a ‘no-contact’ basis, since our shipping carriers have suspended the requirement for signatures.

Due to COVID-19, for purposes of hygiene, all sales are final, without exception. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

Yes, you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Unfortunately, no. If an order is not cancelled within 24 hours, the order will be processed as originally placed.

Kaitabha Handlooms takes great pride in the quality of our products. We have a rigorous quality control system in place that ensures only items that pass the quality checks are shipped to our customers.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, some variations/irregularities in the fabric may occur. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are the signature of the human hand. These variations in the fabric are not defects, but are integral to and characteristic of handloom textiles. This is normal and natural in hand-woven, hand-finished cloth. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

It is very important that the buyer provide all contact information, including accurate and correct telephone contact information, when filling out the shipping and billing information. This information is required by the shipping carrier in order to deliver the package. If correct contact information is not provided, it may result in a delay of delivery for your package.

Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed. This DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES.

**If an untracked/uninsured service is chosen, Kaitabha Handlooms will not / cannot compensate for any lost/stolen/missing items.**

We use ChitChats, Ascendia and USPS as our shipping carrier for all orders delivered internationally. All international orders include a tracking number. Any additional Customs duties, taxes, etc. are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to COVID-19, all carriers have suspended the need for signatures at this time. Delivery times are usually between 3-8 business days for deliveries to the US. Delivery times are usually between 5-14 business days for all other international deliveries. Delivery times are just estimates, and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays are to be expected due to COVID-19.

Shipping Options:
It is the buyer's responsibility to choose the best shipping option that suits their needs at the time of checkout.
Shipping timeline is not included in the processing time. Shipping timelines are dependent on the buyer's choice of shipping options, and commence from the time the package is delivered into the carrier's possession. Shipping timelines may vary with each carrier depending on volume and seasonal holidays. Due to COVID-19, shipping delays are to be expected.

Processing Time:
In-stock order processing time will be from 1-3 business days, depending on order volume and numerical sequence of orders received.

Kaitabha Handlooms reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the buyer will be notified via e-mail with the reason why the order was cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with any party.

In the unlikely event that a product is oversold we will contact the buyer as soon as it is discovered and offer the choice of a refund of the purchase price or the option to choose a similar product that is in stock.
