At Chalkshock, we ensure that our chalk bags are properly packaged and delivered in optimal condition. We use Thai-post Registered Mail, which provides us with a Tracking Number which will be released to the customer upon mailing.

We regret to inform you that we will not be providing refunds as a result of lost mail once the parcel has crossed the Thailand border.

If you require a photo of the mailing address as indicated on your parcel after delivery, feel free to approach us! We keep a photo record of all parcels before mailing them out.

All orders come nicely wrapped but I can add in a gift message if wanted!
