PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM REQUESTS

Yes, I’m happy to customize any of my designs!

For this blanket, enter the name you would like in the personalization box. You may also include any additional color, wording, or design requests there.

To use a custom photo or image, please send it to me through Etsy Messages after placing your order. I’ll review the file and let you know if there are any quality or resolution concerns before the blanket is printed.

Designed by me in Sherman, Texas, and printed in Detroit, Michigan.

DESIGN APPROVAL

For special customization requests, please check your Etsy Messages after ordering. I will usually send your design proof within one business day.

Your approval confirms that the spelling, colors, placement, and overall design are correct. Please review the proof carefully before approving it. I will not send the blanket to the printing company until the design has been approved.

CANCELLATIONS

If your design has not yet been finalized, I will work with you to cancel the order.

Once you have approved the design and the order has been submitted to the printing company, cancellation may no longer be possible. I will always try to stop the order when requested, but I cannot guarantee that the printing company will be able to cancel it.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Because each blanket is made especially for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.

If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact me as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. The printing company requires photos before it can authorize a replacement.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are set by the printing company and reflect the actual cost charged to me.

Because Etsy calculates shipping before all blanket variations are selected, the amount shown at checkout may occasionally be higher than the final shipping charge. If the printing company charges me less, I will refund the difference to you.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

On rare occasions, the printing company may be temporarily out of a selected size, style, or color. I will never substitute another item without your approval.

Please continue checking your Etsy Messages until I confirm that your order has been submitted for printing.
