RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY.
The 7-day return time limit begins the day you received your package.

If there is a problem with a purchase, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any concerns about the item or so we can wait for a return. This contact should be made by Etsy so that a record of the customer’s doubts and complaints remains, for that reason we will not answer these issues by phone, or by means other than Etsy mail. When returning an item, the customer must ensure that the package reaches its purchased value, INSURED and pack carefully so that the item is not damaged in the transition. I encourage the buyer who wish to return from USA to use USPS and package must be marked as RETURN, if not i will take the amount out of duty charged fees. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in its original condition.

Items will not be accepted for return if they have been severely damaged or altered in any way.

We will refund your purchase as soon as the item has been received and approved. In addition, there will be a restocking fee of 35% or equal to the tariff cost i paid when i ship your order. I can not get a refund on the tariff cost for an item shipped/delivered, therefore that part of the transaction is not eligible to be refunded.

For the claim of missing packages please note that we are NOT offering a refund. It must be reported to the shipping courrier and asked for incident or ticket number so they can do investigation. Or if the tracking is marked delivered, and package is missing, please report to your local authorities for stolen packages because it’s a federal offence. After the investigation, we can only send a replacement of the missing package or item, NOT a refund.

The responsibility of us as sellers will end when the tracking number of the package indicates that it was delivered at the correct address of its destination.

This is absolutely beautiful, the photo doesn’t show 100% how intricate the design is, but it is quite detailed for such a tiny pendant. This is my second order from Aurora, and the quality is the same, which is very good. This pendant is VERY small, after reading the description and doing my own rough measurements I knew it would be tiny, but it most definitely feels like a baby’s charm. So instead I moved it to my bracelet as it’s a perfect size for that. I really do wish there was an option to order a bigger size as I think it’s super unique and so beautiful compared to the traditional pendant. The pendant directly to its left (round archangelo pendant) is also from her shop (one of my favs ever). Shipping was also about 2 days, SO fast (within Canada as well).
