When you place an order please only count the business weekdays (no weekends or holidays) for my turnaround time. My turnaround time is always listed either on my announcement page or within the personalization section of the listing where you include your information. Unless you purchase the "RUSH MY ORDER" processing time fee add-on, please message me first for approval prior to placing the order only if your need-by date falls before my turnaround time as all sales are final. I want to be able to fulfill your order as needed! If you leave a need-by date that's before my normal turnaround time & you haven't received the okay from me, that doesn't mean you'll receive it on that date; please plan accordingly and reach out to me. Thanks!

Please be advised just adding a "need-by date" in your order notes doesn't ensure you'll have it by or on that date. You need to allow for my turnaround time that's listed in the personalization section of the listing. The turnaround time is business days only, no weekends or holidays will be included. We must agree on an approved processing time for your item to leave my shop for any date needed prior to the stated current turnaround time. All sales are final. I don't offer refunds of any kind due to the nature of my customized work.

I ship all orders via the USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded to Priority (Rush) or Priority Express Shipping for an additional cost. Once your order has shipped out you will receive the tracking information. I am not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by the post office especially during the current circumstances we live in. When making an order please plan accordingly.

Will my item(s) have a guaranteed delivery by my Need-By or estimated delivery date?

I only guarantee that I'll ship your item(s) out in a timely manner according to my processing time which can take anywhere between 3-5 business days. I absolutely will NOT guarantee anything once it's out of my hands and dropped off at the post office. I can't control any possible unforeseen circumstances that may arise (i.e. inclement weather, postal service delays, or the pandemic) especially with my turnaround time being so far in advance. I always recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays. I'm not responsible for delayed or lost shipments once scanned by the post office.

What if I don't fill out the personalization section?

If you don't include these details I will send you exactly what you ordered in the listing photo as-is ( i.e whatever design, age, and name listed) It's not my responsibility to reach out to you to make sure I have the correct information. I've tried this in the past and almost all of these messages go unanswered and I will not hold on to orders. I want you to receive exactly what you purchased so please make sure to include this information, if applicable. All sales are final unless the information was included and I made a mistake.

All shirts and bodysuits run true to size and are 100% combed cotton. The Tutus are made based on the size you choose. If you're concerned with sizing, please include your child's waist and height measurements to ensure the most accurate fit! ***All items are handmade and made to order, nothing is pre-made in my shop!***

I haven't listed most designs that I've done! Customized orders will require a new listing specifically for you and additional fees will apply to newly created designs.
