Solid Martingale Dog Collar - Personalized / ID tag martingale collar / Nylon Personalized Collar / Limited Slip ID Information Collar

A personalized nylon webbing martingale limited-slip collar. ID info embroidered directly onto collar. Available in 26 colors. This type of collar slips over the head and sits comfortably around the neck. When the front loop is pulled with a leash, the collar will tighten down to the dog's actual neck size. The limited-slip functionality prevents the collar from choking your dog like a chain collar if the collar is properly fitted.

HOW TO MEASURE | To measure properly for a martingale collar, measure using a tape measure or a length of string that you will later measure against a yardstick. Note measurements for the widest part of your dog's head - around the neck directly behind her ears, and then around her neck where the collar will be seated. This measurement should NOT be loose! No fingers in tape and it should be flush against your dog's neck. Whichever Standard Size below contains BOTH of your measurements, that is the size you need. A martingale collar should be properly adjusted so that when the loop is pulled taut, the rings DO NOT touch. If the rings touch, your collar is too large. You should have a small space between the rings with a properly adjusted collar.

COLOR VARIANCE NOTE | Due to internet browsers and human eyes interpreting colors differently, we do offer physical samples of any webbing or fabric for a small fee. For this reason, we do not refund for color variance from photos. For a physical sample, contact us.

FONT CHOICES | Shown in 3rd and 4th photos. Text is available in CAPITALS (i.e. WRIGLEY), Proper Name (i.e Wrigley), or all lowercase (i.e. wrigley). If you choose a font that is NOT shown on our photos, you will receive the "Wrigley" font. If you do not choose a font at all, you will receive the "Wrigley" font. We do offer screenshot proofs of your text in any font AFTER purchase in order to help decision-making.

FONT COLORS | Shown in 5th and 6th photos. If you do NOT choose a font color, you will receive white or black, depending on your collar color. Color choice is to the shop's discretion if you do not choose a color. We do offer screenshot proofs of your text in any color AFTER purchase in order to help decision-making.

SIZING | If only a standard size is given (small, medium, etc), I start the monogram on the left hand side of the collar and curving around the neck so the chances of the adjustable slider hitting the phone number are at a minimum. I cannot guarantee the slider won't hit the monogram if I am only given a standard size. If you give me a current collar size (measured lying flat from buckle end to buckle end - please note that this is NOT the dog's neck size) or an accurate neck size, I can place the personalization so that will not happen. HOWEVER, if your dog has a small neck size and a long name, the personalization may take up a good portion of the collar. If you are concerned with how your text will fit when the collar is adjusted to fit your dog, please contact us and we can go through accurate measuring details to ensure everything is placed properly for your pup.

HARDWARE COLOR: Silver is standard. We do offer gold D rings/slides for an additional $3. Please contact us if you would like this option. Upgrade to gold hardware will not occur until the additional cost is paid.

SENSITIVE-SKINNED OR SHORT-COATED DOGS: These are solid nylon webbing collars and the edges are normally turned inwards so they don't show on the outside of the collar. I can turn the edges outwards, however, for sensitive-skinned and short-coated dogs where edges could pose an irritation issue. Please note in the text box if you'd like edges turned outwards.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES | There are no returns or exchanges on personalized items. We can usually adjust collars down if you make a mistake in sizing your pup, but there is an adjustment fee plus shipping charges to send the adjusted collar back to you. If you are unsure on sizing your pup or the proper width for your dog, just contact us. We've been in the collar biz since 2008 so we know more than a little about sizing and fit. We're happy to offer guidance and recommendations.

A NOTE ON PACKAGE DELIVERY: We offer both USPS and UPS for package delivery. Our default carrier is USPS, but you can upgrade to UPS at checkout under "Shipping Options." If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, we will contact USPS to obtain the GPS coordinates of the package delivery. Please contact us within 2 days of the non-receipt of the package. Please note we do not replace stolen packages that were delivered correctly.
