USPS tracking shows my package as delivered but I haven’t received it.

It’s not often that this will happen, but in some cases packages may be marked as “Delivered” by the courier before being physically delivered. Couriers sometimes pre-scan their packages to save on time during their route. If your package has been marked shipped and your shipping information was correct on your order, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be physically delivered to you. Here are a few other things you can do: • Check to see if anyone in your household picked up the package. • Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. • Make sure that the correct shipping address was provided on your order. If there’s still an issue, please send me a message here on Etsy.

Each strand is made to order by hand. You must provide your waist measurement to ensure we make the right size. Although we currently offer resizing, we can only make strands smaller, not bigger, and this service can be time consuming and expensive. Save yourself the time and money by measuring your waist properly before ordering.
