For single-item orders: Your piece will be shipped via a tracked parcel service, designed for convenient delivery directly to your mailbox. For orders of two or more items: I ship these via registered parcel with a signature required upon delivery. This ensures maximum security for your order, as the courier will hand it to you personally. Should you be unavailable at the time of delivery, your local post office will hold the parcel for collection. I use these secure shipping methods because they allow for full tracking, official investigation in case of loss, and include postal compensation. As each piece is a valuable, handmade work of art that represents hours of careful craftsmanship, ensuring its safe arrival to you is my highest pri

As these are handcrafted textile art pieces, please handle them with care to maintain their original appearance. Dusting: Use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle duster to remove dust. Surface Cleaning: If necessary, use a lint roller or a piece of adhesive tape to gently pick up any surface particles. Spot Cleaning: If a minor spot appears, gently dab the area with a slightly damp cloth (using a very mild, neutral detergent if needed). Do not soak the item, and do not put it in the washing machine. Storage: Keep in a dry, shaded place away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrant colors of the materials. Note: These items are designed for decorative display purposes. Please avoid intense moisture or heat to keep the structure and materi

What materials do you use for your products?

I am committed to quality and longevity in every piece I create. My works are crafted using materials selected for their durability and aesthetic appeal: Primary Material: I use high-quality, hypoallergenic chenille-style polyester yarn (such as YarnArt Dolce, Himalaya Dolphin Baby, or Premium Baby Love). This material provides a soft, plush texture that holds its structure exceptionally well, making it ideal for high-end textile decor. Structural Integrity: For assembly and fine details, I utilize a cotton-acrylic blend (YarnArt Jeans: 55% cotton, 45% acrylic), ensuring that all components are securely attached and maintain their shape over time. Support: Some of my larger or more intricate models are reinfor

Where are your items made?

My workshop is based in a pet-free and smoke-free home environment. I treat every piece with care and ensure they are carefully packed to reach you in clean, good condition. Since I work with textile materials, I recommend a light dusting or refreshing the item upon arrival if necessary to suit your personal preferences.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Package Shipping Information (Standard Postal Service — cost based on weight) For models, I use an organza bag and a courier (shipping) bag. Sometimes, if the weight allows, I pack the toy in a thin cardboard box and then place it inside a courier bag. Car accessories and keychains are packed in a small thin cardboard box and a courier bag.

To keep your piece in good condition, please follow these guidelines: Routine care: Use a soft brush or a damp cloth to wipe away dust. Surface cleaning: If necessary, use a sponge with a small amount of mild, neutral detergent. Gently clean the surface, then dab with a clean cloth to remove moisture. Avoid: Do not machine wash, bleach, or wring. Do not dry on radiators, in direct sunlight, or in a tumble dryer, as this may damage the materials and shape. Drying: Allow the item to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, laid out flat.
