Yes! If you can dream it we can create it. We can accommodate larger quantities and personalization for bridesmaids gifts, party favors, etc. Or, if you are wanting a specific scent and crystals, let us know.

We evaluate wholesale requests on a case by case basis. Please send a message with items requested, quantity, and completion date so that we can give you an accurate quote.

- Orders will be processed in order, as accepted through Etsy Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm PST, with the exception of major holidays. We ship from Oregon. Post office drop during summer Tuesdays & Fridays only.
- All orders are shipped via USPS unless requested by the buyer.
- Once orders have shipped, the seller is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or errors made during the shipping/delivery process.
- Shipping insurance is available for all orders & is strongly recommended as issues may arise during the shipping/delivery process.
- Seller does not issue refunds for items delayed, damaged, or lost by the shipping company. If insured, the buyer may file a claim with the shipping provider for the order.

We do not accept returns and/or cancellations.

We use 100% Soy Wax which means the wax has not been mixed with Bees Wax, Paraffin Wax or Sterin. Soy wax is environmentally cleaner to use and comes from sustainable sources, the soya bean plant. We do not buy ingredients that have been tested on animals. All wicks are eco-wicks made of 100% cotton. They are lead and zinc free.

Any botanicals or crystals are ethically sourced. We try to source botanicals and crystals locally where we can. Some botanicals even come from our own garden.

All essential oils or fragrance oils used in our creations are phthalate-free.

We try to be as environmentally friendly in our packaging as possible. When we can we choose non-plastic, environmentally conscious packaging options. A lot of the shipping materials we do use (bubble wrap, boxes, etc) are recycled or repurposed. Not only does this cut down on shipping materials costs for us, but it keeps these products from going directly to the landfill.

We HIGHLY encourage our buyers to reuse their candle containers. They can be repurposed into other candles, organizational jars, and tins, or used as vessels for small plants and succulents.

It is the buyer's responsibility to have a safe and secure delivery location for the package. If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered but the buyer claims they never received it and/or it was stolen, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with USPS and/or their local police department. Ash & Indigo takes no responsibility for stolen packages/items.
If the tracking information shows that the package has not been delivered and is truly lost in transit, please message us and we will contact USPS.
If the package is "Returned To Sender", it is the buyer's responsibility to reach out to us and arrange it to be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Ash & Indigo takes no responsibility for these packages.

Estimated delivery times for packages sent via USPS First Class Mail are just estimates. USPS First Class mail is becoming increasingly unreliable in its estimated delivery times. In some cases, packages are taking 30 plus days to be delivered.

PLEASE if you are needing your order by a specific date, the ONLY way to ensure timely delivery is by purchasing expedited shipping. If this is you, please purchase USPS Priority Mail Shipping for your package. Otherwise Ash & Indigo is not responsible for delayed delivery times on packages sent USPS first class mail.

Ash & Indigo will not refund for late, lost, or missing First Class Packages any longer. Please purchase shipping insurance or upgraded shipping.
