Orders ship via UPS in the continental USA and USPS outside the continental USA. All order ship ground unless shipping upgrade is purchased. Once the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number from the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned by the carrier will not be refunded or replaced.

Due to longer than normal transit times due to the holiday season, weather and COVID, we cannot guarantee orders in transit longer than 5 days; therefore, please select shipping method accordingly. Shipping upgrades can be purchased in our Etsy Store.

We are unable to guarantee orders shipping outside the continental USA.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Your address will dictate your ship date to ensure all orders arrive at you as soon as possible, avoiding any weekend delays. We do not hold order for future shipment.

When purchasing an item, you have the option to purchase the item or the item with the arrive alive guarantee. The arrive alive guarantee must be purchased for each plant and includes all necessary packaging for the season and upgraded shipping if necessary (depending on location) so that your order is only in transit for 3 days. If arrive alive guarantee is not purchased for each plant, your order ships ground with basic packaging and plant are not guaranteed.

Arrive Alive Guarantee is void when packages are left outside during adverse weather.

Arrive alive guarantee is void if correct shipping address is not entered by buyer.

We are not responsible for packages that left outside or undeliverable (i.e. due to business closure) resulting in death of plants. When an order is shipped, your ETSY account will be updated with a tracking number. We encourage customers to monitor tracking information, so that plant(s) can be brought in immediately after delivery.

Due to plants being a live item, various things can affect our actual inventory making our online inventory inaccurate. We try our hardest to update stock daily. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will ship the available items and refund the unavailable items back to your credit card.

The plant pictured is a representation of what you will receive. Since plant are living item, no two are the same.

Due to our vast inventory, we are unable to provide pictures of plants for customers to choose from. We only ship the healthy, happy plants so there is no need to worry.

We do not ship to Hawaii.

Shipping warmers can only be purchased for use with plant orders.

We are not responsible for orders taken possession of or intercepted by a government agency or department of agriculture. Buyers are responsible for knowing whether or not they are allowed to bring specific plants into their state. Buyer assumes all risk when purchasing items.
