Once you’ve placed your order, please send us:
1. Colour choice (if not walnut, black, white, or cream)
2. Radiator measurements:
• Height (floor to top of radiator)
• Width (valve to valve)
• Depth (wall to front of radiator)
3. Skirting board measurements:
• Height
• Depth

We’ll confirm the recommended finished size for your approval before we begin making your cover.

• Made from natural softwood (not MDF) – some variation in grain and texture is normal. We sand thoroughly, but a natural wood feel may remain.
• Softwood can expand or contract depending on climate.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Bespoke Made-to-Measure Radiator Covers

Because all of our radiator covers are custom-made to your exact measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Items

All radiator covers are made to order based on the measurements and details you provide at the time of purchase. As these items are personalised, they are exempt from standard return rights in accordance with consumer regulations for bespoke goods.

Please ensure that all measurements are accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in measurements supplied by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your radiator cover arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
• The damage or fault
• The packaging
• The full item

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that does not match your order (for example, the wrong size or design due to our error), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Natural Materials & Finish

Please note that slight variations in colour, grain, and finish may occur due to the nature of materials used. These are not considered faults.
