HOW TO ORDER YOUR OWN


1 – Place your order with us!

Hoping to include more than 1 pet? No problem! Simply ensure that the quantity reflects the number of pets desired at the time of purchase. If you would like to include their name(s) in the illustration, please include that information when adding your personalization. All other details can be sent either via Etsy's messenger system or to our email iamhuman.themovement [!at] gmail.com. Please specify if you are wanting multiple pets together in the same portrait or on separate files.


2 – Send us your adorable photos & details!

PHOTOS:

Send us a message attaching at least 2-3 high quality pictures per pet. We recommend sending pictures taken at eye level showing a shot that provides a clear view of their eyes. Please and thank you as this helps us to provide the best results possible when creating your masterpiece.

DETAILS:

If you did wish to include the pet's name, please specify which style of font/typeface you prefer by referencing the provided options under the last photo slide.

When choosing your background, please include which labeled color swatch you prefer by referencing the provided options under the last photo slide.


3 – Creation Process!

Using the images we've received, we begin to create your one of a kind personalized pet portrait. This is by far my favorite part of the process as I truly understand just how one furry face can bring a human being so much joy. Witnessing the joy this animal brings to you only brings the same for me as an artist.


4 – Edits and Final File!

Once your work of art is near complete, we will send a draft via email or Google Drive for final feedback and up to 2 edits before finalizing. You will then receive a high quality JPEG and PDF digital file. Custom sizing is available if requested. Please note this is a digital file only as no product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are happy to discuss and work through any concerns during the drafting period of the process before finalizing your file.
