Where is my order? How long will order take to arrive to me?

Once the order has been shipped by us we have no control on the time frame for delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier you have selected upon placing your order.

Can you get a different item that what you have in stock?

Yes we can try to get the item you are interested in, unfortunately special order items carry an extra charge of $10.00 to cover the shipping of the special item to us.

If my order has been lost by the shipping carrier will you issue a refund?

No, we will not issue a refund for a order lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier and ask to file a lost package claim.

My order has not arrived but its still "In Transit" may I receive a refund?

We will not issue a refund for an order that is still in possession of the shipping carrier and is still "In Transit" or "Arriving Late".
