How do you make these felt items?

We hand-make each product from start to finish, cutting shapes from felt, then either sewing or gluing them to achieve the final design. This method ensures every piece is special.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You're able to cancel within 24 hours after buying. Please reach out quickly if you need to cancel. Once shipped, orders can't be canceled.

What's your policy on returns?

Returns are accepted within two weeks after you receive your item. It must be in its original state for a return. Buyers cover the cost of returning the item. If it's not returned in its original condition, the buyer might have to cover the loss in value.

CARE INSTRUCTION
Once received, open the cat cave and let it sit for 24 hours to take proper shape.
Use vacuum cleaner mostly.
Hand washes in warm (not hot) water using gentle movements.
Use special detergent suitable for wool.
After washing – form it and leave it to dry.

-Base: 40 CM approx.
-Opening: 20 CM approx.

This tree is adorable and a nice thick wool, but the base is a little narrow for your average adult cat. The tree will stand up on its own more or less, but when my 14 lb Siamese rescue is in it, it tips over. I have to prop it up against the coffee table. I would suggest a wider base circumference. Also, as soon as I opened it, the Siamese tried to destroy it. The star on the top is stitched on, but it's already a bit lopsided. The "ornaments" are glued on and so far he has not been able to remove any, but we'll see. I was told the glue was pet safe--let's hope so! Tree arrived via the fastest shipping I've ever seen (from Kathmandu to the US in like 4 days via Fedex). Update: I'm raising my rating from 4 stars to 5 because the Siamese loves this tree. It's a tight squeeze but that's apparently part of the appeal.
