Brianne was beyond helpful and patient. Her response time is also very, very fast. The earrings are absolutely beautiful. Updated to add: the day after receiving the earrings one of the stones popped out. I’ve never had this happen before. I was told I could send it back to have it reset or do it myself with jewelers glue. I didn’t pay $180 to fix it myself and if it popped out once who’s to say it won’t happen again. Brianne stated this was common when items are jostled during shipping however, I’ve bought from multiple silversmiths and have never had this happen before. I requested a refund and was denied because she offered to fix it. I don’t have confidence that it wouldn’t happen again even after it being fixed.

I am sorry that you are unhappy. I am not a machine, I hand make all the jewelry myself, I am human and sometimes things happen, in this case a stone getting rattled is totally common. This will happen not with just my jewelry but anyones jewelry, this is not uncommon I assure you. I suggested what other customers have asked me in the past without shipping the earring back. Otherwise of course I would fix. In any case, I have gone above and beyond to try and be helpful and even cover the shipping costs, to fix the earring and send it back. You first agree to let me fix it and then changed your mind, that's on you. I can only give so much to someone. In the end, I would most gladly except the return so I can fix it and sell it to someone that actually appreciates my hard work and all that I have to offer.

Brianne is absolutely amazing, and has superb cutomer service!! Her designs are incredible!! She made me a pair of custom hoop earrings. I showed her what I was looking for. I left it up to her to pick from the stone's I really liked, and it was kept secret until I got my package! Let me tell you that she did not disappoint!! They're gorgeous and I'm in love ❤️ 😍 with them 💕
