Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for non-defective items are issued minus the original shipping cost paid by the seller. Please contact me immediately if your order arrives damaged.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I’m happy to create a personalized piece just for you. Please note that custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After that time, packaging and shipment preparation begin, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

My order says “free shipping.” Why is the shipping cost deducted in a return?

Free shipping means that the shipping cost is included in the item price. When a product is returned without defect, the actual postage already paid to USPS cannot be refunded — it will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Other names of them - are Witch Stones, Holed stone, Odin stone, Crick stone, Holey stone, Eye Stones, Adder Stones, Snake Eggs, Hex Stones, Holy Stones, and Fairy Stones.

According to Irish legends, these stones are believed to be the dwelling places of faeries, and they've been utilized by wise women and healers in their spiritual practices.
