UK Delivery

UK Delivery is free, fully Insured and a signature will be required on delivery of your order.

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 – 7 working days

International Delivery

International shipping might have a fee depends on the destination.

The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Tracking your Parcel

If you have ordered online with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched.

Late and Lost Deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, then please use the tracking number that is sent once your order has been dispatched to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail or FedEx.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Returns

Our products is made of the finest materials and craftsmanship. However if for any reason you are not happy with your order please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund (minus a small admin fee). You must get in touch within 3 working days of receiving your order to be entitled to a full refund or exchange. Items must also be unworn and in their original condition.

Ring sizes need to be specified when ordering but we can re-size at a later stage for a small fee.

Repairs

Please contact us if you jewellery needs any adjustments or repair work and we will make sure its back with you as soon as possible. As well as for any other product

Once your order is in the Post's hands, please understand that any delays or losses are out of my responsibility. That being said, regular airmail service is very reliable and my shop has so far never experienced any problem with it.

Some materials used are natural/organic. Please take into consideration that they need to be handled with care and stored appropriately.

►Pieces with natural seed-beads are sturdy and long-lasting when kept dry, stored in a ventilated space and away from direct sunlight.
