Is costumer's must pay tax during shipment delivery ?

In most countries, Etsy collects VAT during the checkout so in that case, you should have nothing to pay during your shipment reception. Anyway, all countries have their own rules and customers must be aware and agree with their own country's import tax law. Europe passed under a new import rule on 1 7 2021 as : 1/ All purchases below 150Euro must be VAT charged directly during the checkout process of customers then, no VAT or extra charge will be required to pay at the reception of the item. 2/ Concern all European purchases above 150Euro, the item still must be checked and VAT charged by the custom tax officer.
