RETURNS policy
I accept returns within 14 days after you receive the package. The item must be in original condition and carefully packed. I will make a full refund of the order+shipping after receiving the package. The cost of the return shipping is paid by the customer.

Order cancellations must be done within 2 days of ordering.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellation requests, address updates or change order requests must be made via Etsy email (conversations).

The prices in my shop are in US Dollars and I accept payments with Paypal. Payments must be received within 3 business days of purchase, otherwise, orders will be canceled. I will ship items after payment has been cleared and will contact you to confirm your item has been dispatched.

The order will be shipped in 1-3 business days (Friday and Saturday are days off in Israel) from cleared payment.

I will use the ADDRESS you provide at Etsy, so please make sure it has no mistakes. If the package is returned due to incorrect address I should have to charge you another shipping fee to reship.

The package returned as UNCLAIMED will be returned to the customer - in this case, I have to charge another shipping fee to reship. If the customer prefers to cancel the order I will refund the full cost of the order minus shipping.

International buyers are responsible for any Customs FEES/taxes. The delivery times do not include any time that your country's customs office may hold your package. The seller has no responsibility for postal delays due to busy periods like holidays or postal strikes OR COVID19 delays.

In a case of a LOST (the package has not arrived within 2 months from the shipping date) or item DAMAGE caused by the destroyed package, you will get a full refund (the item+shipping) or replacement for your choice. Please send me the pictures of the item and the packaging showing the damage, I will provide you the full refund.

For your invoice please check the "Purchase" section of your account, where you can print a copy of the receipt.

COLORS may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All monitors display color differently and colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. If you are not satisfied with your item due to the color difference, please message me for a return and refund.
