Otherwise, it's best to download/access digital items from a computer/desktop. If you purchased a digital product through the Etsy App on your phone: many have issues locating the "Download" page and link to access their item when they purchase a digital product through the Etsy APP (from their phone). The Etsy App, as of now, is not mobile-compatible for digital purchases. You will need to login to your Etsy account (from 'etsy.com') directly through your internet browser (on your mobile phone or computer), like Safari, Chrome, etc.
