Taking the prints is quick and easy. We will send you an ‘inkless’ impression kit with full instructions and you just post or scan the images back to us.
Or you can upload a photo of a print you already have to us via messages.. Just remember to attach the correct name to each print!


* * * How we’ll make your jewellery * * *

1. A print taking impression kit will be sent out when we receive your order. If you already have prints, please select the 'I have prints to send’ option, and send us your prints via Etsy message.

2. Once you receive your impression kit, take the print/s, scan or photograph them and send them to us via the Etsy messaging service, along with the correct name for each print. If you would prefer, you can use the provided free returns envelope to return them by post, but please bear in mind this may result in delays to your order.

3. Your order will be dispatched 4 working days after we receive your prints.

FREE UK Delivery orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.

UK Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day delivery for £7.50.

International orders are dispatched using the Royal Mails overseas International 1st Class Delivery, delivery is approximately 1 week from dispatch to Europe and 2 weeks for the rest of the world.

We can offer an EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE that goes worldwide. This service aims to deliver parcels to locations in the EU and USA in 1-2 days. Parcels going to AUS and ASIA typically take 2-3 days. Please contact us if you require this delivery service.
