I’m 5’7 and about 150 lbs. I bought a large and it’s quite baggy (which works for me), but if you want something more fitted I’d say go for medium. It’s very comfortable and the straps don’t slip off.

The original item I had ordered was actually out of stock but I was contacted promptly to find an alternative. I was sent an extra outfit as well! These have been lovely under layers for my special needs boy. Light weight and super soft. He seems to like them even if they keep him from committing diaper crimes.
